Job role:

Harrow Recovery Centre provides a range of integrated specialist substance misuse treatment services to the residents of the London Borough of Harrow. 

We are looking for a Clinical Administrator to support this busy service with a variety of tasks associated with running a smooth and effective clinical service.

The post holder will monitor and order clinical stock and prescription paperwork; be responsible for generating and voiding the service’s prescriptions; ensure prompt postal correspondence to our local GPs; take minutes at weekly and monthly clinical meetings; and assist with quality and compliance audits.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, communication and organisational skills and be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and external parties. They will also need the ability to prioritise and organise their workload and provide a high standard of customer service. An empathetic and non-judgmental approach is imperative as this varied role will give you exposure to a vast array of sensitive data.
