An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join the Hackney Recovery Service.

Hackney Recovery Service (HRS) is an integrated end-to-end treatment and recovery service which offers a wide range of pharmacological,psychosocial and recovery orientated interventions to Hackney residents experiencing issues with drugs and/or alcohol, their families and significant others.

As directed by the Service Manager, the Criminal Justice Team Leader will be an important part of the management team. They will lead a team and be responsible for managing assessment and satellite provision across the ISMS, psychosocial treatment across ISMS and support the wider clinical interventions. They will supervise a team of Recovery Practitioners who will provide case management, initial and comprehensive assessment, risk assessment, care planning, safeguarding coordination and case management for any individual coming into the ISMS.

The successful candidate will also have a good range of administrative skills and have competent IT skills. The post requires an organised individual with excellent communication skills who is able to multi-task and prioritise whilst managing a busy office environment. The individual should be patient, display good people skills and exemplify the WDP values.
