WDP are seeking a dynamic and capable individual to support with developing a robust performance framework and delivering regular effective data analysis of various management information.  You will manage a small Data and Performance team and provide support and guidance to local services to enhance data quality and integrity. The Data Manager is an important part of the management team.  You will be passionate about performance improvement, have established knowledge of substance misuse fields, be focused on meeting the needs of your stakeholders and driven to develop systems and reports that support the organisation. You will be proactive, solution focused and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences.

WDP services are integrated end-to-end treatment and recovery focused services, which offer a wide range of pharmacological, psychosocial and recovery orientated interventions to residents experiencing issues with drugs and/or alcohol, their families and significant others. The successful candidate will hold responsibility for overseeing the efficient collection, inputting and recording of all data, including the preparation and analysis of statistical data and reports. The Data Manager will support central departments and services through development and analysis of reports using available tools including Excel, SharePoint and third-party case management systems.
