Lead Nurse, London including travel across all WDP services
An exciting opportunity has arisen in WDP as we continue to develop and grow our clinical services. We are seeking to appoint a full time Lead Nurse for the organisation who will work closely with the Medical Director, the Director of Quality and Compliance and Head of Services to ensure our clinical services operate safely and effectively. This role will provide clinical leadership to all nursing staff within the organisation and will have shared responsibility for progressing the revalidation process, ensuring all nursing practice is evidenced and recorded. In addition, you will attend and contribute to the clinical governance meeting structure, driving best practice and clinical standards forward, making WDP the first substance misuse organisation that high quality nurses choose to work for.

This position will be instrumental in the development of future service implementations and be part of the internal governance structure advising on clinical guidelines, relevant legislation and best practice.
This is an organisational role so regular travel across service sites is to be expected.
