WDP have been providing drug and alcohol services in the Royal Borough of Kingston on Thames since 2013.  We are now seeking to recruit a dynamic and passionate Recovery Practitioner to contribute to the ongoing success of the service in this vibrant Borough.  This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy service contributing to the overall success of the Kingston service. 

Working in partnership with Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust, WDP Kingston is committed to providing opportunities for individuals to make positive changes in their lives, through a non-judgemental, harm reduction based approach that values the strengths and choices of those individuals.  You will be required to develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, manage change, and have an aptitude for bringing a multi-disciplinary  staff team and service users together to deliver evidence based successful outcomes.
