WDP has recently grown to record size and we are searching for an exceptional account manager to join our Capital Card® team as a Spend Partner Relations Specialist.  WDP is currently undergoing a significant period of growth and change, we are on course to transform substance misuse service delivery across London and beyond, by introducing truly innovative and effective interventions.

Launched in April 2017, the Capital Card® is a sector first. WDP’s own service user loyalty card scheme rewards appointment attendance and treatment engagement through a simple earn-spend points system. By incentivising positive behaviour, service users accrue ‘Points’ redeemable at ‘Spend Partners’ in their local communities. These recovery-focussed activities may include going to the gym, cinema and adult learning courses.

The successful candidate will lead on the development and expansion of a regional network of Capital Card® spend partners, securing new partners that will enable service users to access a wide range of recovery enhancing community opportunities.
