Team Leader - Merton

£28,000 - £33,825 per annum
37.5 hours per week

Job role:

This role will support the new Merton team to deliver substance misuse & alcohol services across the borough.   This is a new service in WDP and your role will be to support the service manager to implement WDP policies and processes. As Team Leader you will provide coordination and line management to a group of practitioners and ensure that there are structures in place to support the service to provide a range of interventions. You will be required to work effectively as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team and have the responsibility for supporting staff to work with service users receiving OST.
